Our approach

  • Content Team: Embeds accessibility requirements throughout the development and maintenance of all health education resources.
  • Product Team: Integrates accessibility standards into every stage of development and maintenance for consumer-facing health applications.
  • QA Team: Conducts rigorous accessibility testing to enable ongoing compliance across all consumer-facing content and products.
  • Accessibility Auditing: Regularly evaluates selected consumer-facing products and content using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template® to document conformance with accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Product and Content teams evaluate and prioritize corrective actions when accessibility gaps are identified, addressing issues systematically while maintaining our commitment to timely content and product delivery.
