SVP, Health and Group General Manager WebMD Ignite | WebMD/Internet Brands
Ann has more than 20 years of experience investing in and leading healthcare companies. She’s responsible for the quality, client retention, growth, and financial performance of WebMD Ignite.
Ann previously served as CEO of MDeverywhere, a market-leading healthcare SaaS technology and revenue cycle company, and as a board member and general partner of Advent International, a top private equity firm.
Ann earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas.

Simon's depth of experience includes developing data-driven products, driving consumer engagement and action, building value-based client relationships, delivering profitable growth through new and existing revenue streams, and planning and delivering successful M&A and integrations.
Previously, he served as president of Tea Leaves Health, the provider division of Welltok, Inc.
Simon holds a bachelor's degree in Genetics from Swansea University and a postgraduate certificate in Management Studies from the University of West London.
SVP, Marketing
and Communications
Heidi leads the marketing and communications team, and is responsible for managing market presence.
Previously, she served as VP Strategy for Doximity’s Hospital Division and spent over 14 years at Healthgrades advising health systems on growth, physician alignment and patient engagement. Heidi has held several leadership roles in customer experience management, enterprise platform engagement and solution consulting.
She earned her MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and her BS in Consumer Affairs in Business, achieving a double major in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
SVP, Omnichannel Services
Jack is responsible for developing digital marketing strategies and integrating key marketing touch points across omnichannel solutions. He utilizes marketing data and analytics to gain insights and drive traffic, create revenue-positive programs, and increase customer engagement.
Previously he worked as VP, Director of Analytics, at Ketchum, where he managed a team of analysts focused on providing insights from multiple data sources and presenting data stories for clients to make informed business decisions.
Jack has a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Appalachian State University, and a Masters in Financial Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
VP, Client Services & Commercial Sales
(Clinical Solutions)
Brennan oversees the sales, implementation, and account management functions for WebMD Ignite’s Clinical Solutions.
Previously, he worked at Elsevier, where he led Account Management for their Clinical Solutions business, helping grow their patient engagement, physician and nursing education businesses. He also worked with RelayHealth, a division of McKesson, to grow and scale their population health and health information exchange (HIE) customer base.
Brennan earned his undergrad and MBA from the University of Georgia.
VP, Product Management
Michael leads the product team responsible for the continued development of WebMD’s clinical workflow tools that deliver essential education to both patients and healthcare professionals. He also leads product efforts for QxMD Read, a journal recommendation and discovery platform aimed at accelerating the rate at which key research makes it into the hands of Healthcare providers.
Prior to joining WebMD, Michael held positions at Datacubed Health, Wolters Kluwer, Silverchair Information Systems, and McGraw-Hill Education.
He has BAs in Politics and Dramatic Literature from New York University.
VP, Technology
Lorenzo is currently responsible for our technology teams and oversees the different technology initiatives and product innovation.
He previously served as the VP of Technology for Healthstream and was responsible for all of technology within the Scheduling and Capacity Management line of business. Prior to that he was the CTO of NurseGrid, the #1 nursing application in the country.
Lorenzo received a bachelor’s degree in Music and Communications from the University of Utah.

Dale oversees the account management team, focusing exclusively on strengthening and expanding client partnerships.
Previously, he started his healthcare technology career at MedSeek, holding positions as GM of their CRM division & SVP of Sales and Marketing.
Dale received his MBA from the University of South Alabama.

Dorrit leads a team of industry experts focused on supporting the marketing goals of health systems, hospitals, and other healthcare provider organizations—through WebMD and Medscape patient acquisition, patient engagement, content marketing, digital media, and healthcare brand solutions.
Previously, she served in a variety of marketing leadership roles at St. Luke's University Health Network, where she leveraged emerging digital technologies to advance patient acquisition and engagement efforts.
Dorrit holds an MBA from Moravian College and a bachelor’s degree from Albright College.
VP of Sales, Health Plans,
Associations & Government
Steve is responsible for all growth and customer success related to the health plan, associations, and government market segments. His role is to fundamentally improve how organizations engage with their members and patients to enhance the health care consumer journey. Previously, Steve was an executive for Caradigm (a joint venture between GE Healthcare and Microsoft). He then served as Vice President of the Sales organization for Medecision (a national leader in care management). In addition to his higher education, Steve is currently working toward a graduate degree in Healthcare Economics at State University of New York, ESC.
Global VP of Research
and Development
Denis is responsible for leading the Engineering organizations across WebMD Ignite Clinical Solutions and QxMD.
He has worked across a diverse set of industries and previously served as the CTO of MediaPlatform and MarketWired.
Denis has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
VP, Digital Experiences
& Product Management
Andy leads the digital experience product teams focused on products that improve consumer experiences across the patient journey through connected and integrated software.
He has been an innovator in the digital marketing and website space for 14 years with leadership experience consulting with some of the largest health systems in the US around CX and digital strategy.
Previously, Andy helped grow a full-service digital marketing agency from inception to over 45 employees. He has led engineering, UX, social media, content strategy and digital marketing teams and managed client relationships across retail, education and health sectors with a focus on making purposeful data-driven decisions.
Andy received his bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Appalachian State University.
Executive Director, HR
Jennifer focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, people operations, and merger/acquisition.
She previously held roles in Human Resources at QBE Insurance, where she was the VP, Human Resources Business Partner for North America, as well as the Global Technology Officer for Global Operations.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Human Resources from Edgewood.
Senior Director,
Content Strategy
Sara serves as senior director of content strategy for all media, including digital, video, animation, and print.
In addition to prior roles directing and developing content at Rodale and Remedy Health media, she taught nonfiction writing at Columbia University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Journal.
Sara has a BA in English from Pomona College and a MFA in Nonfiction Writing from Columbia University in the City of New York.
