Users with appropriate privileges in HealthAdvisor have the option to export detailed CSV reports. These reports contain comprehensive information about every submission for the selected HealthAdvisor assessment; including timestamps, individual answers, URL parameters and much more. This data can be used for future outreach.

For Ignite Growth Platform clients, HealthAdvisor submission data can also be ingested by the platform via an API. The decision to integrate the data is made during the implementation process.

If you utilize Ignite Growth Platform for marketing campaigns, HealthAdvisor data may be available to include submitters in target audiences and campaigns, and messaging can be based on specific risk levels. To learn how to create an audience with HealthAdvisor data, please log into Ignite Growth Platform and select Help Center from the profile menu. Once there, please search for "How do I create a target audience using HealthAdvisor assessment data?" on our FAQ page.

Note: If you don't see the export options as described in this article, you do not currently have the required privileges in HealthAdvisor. If you think you should have these privileges, please contact your account manager. We will need to confirm with the primary contact at your organization before granting advanced reporting privileges.

There are two ways to access these detailed reports:

  • Downloading from the report page: This method will generate a report with all PHI redacted.
    • Redacting PHI from the file reduces the amount of precaution necessary to view and store it, since there is no longer any PHI to protect. While this is less useful toward lead generation, it can be used and shared more broadly for general HealthAdvisor usage metrics.
  • Exporting from the main dashboard: This method will generate a report including any available PHI.
    • This data contains any personal information provided by individuals along with their assessment results. It can be used for targeting outreach messaging. If you’re also using Ignite Growth Platform, it can be integrated to create a mastered record that can be included in campaign target audiences. While useful for generating leads, any electronic files containing PHI are subject to strict regulations to protect individuals’ personal rights. It is extremely important to follow these regulations at all times when handling PHI.

Note: Data is refreshed hourly, so reports contain assessment activity up to the current hour.
