How to log in
New users should have received a welcome email with instructions specific to initial login and basic user configuration. Please use those instructions for your very first login.
Go to your custom application URL (for example: https://hra.crestnerhealth.com) and enter your HealthAdvisor credentials into the login fields.
Forgot your password? Just click the link on the login page and follow the prompts. Password reset instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your HealthAdvisor account.
Your organization may have set up single-sign on (SSO) for HealthAdvisor, so you can easily log in with the same username and password you use for other applications. If that’s the case, click the Log in using [SSO provider name] button on the page and follow the prompts.
