Overview
Statuspage tracks the uptime and status of every WebMD Ignite product. Statuspage subscribers receive email notices whenever a product status changes.
When initially subscribed, users receive email notices for every product by default. Each user can manage their own subscription preferences to select only the product(s) they are interested in, reducing inbox clutter and focusing only on the updates applicable to their business. Preferences can be updated anytime.
Accessing the subscription management page
There are two ways to access the subscription management page:
- When first subscribed, you will receive an email with the subject line "[WebMD Ignite status] Subscription created." Open this email and click the green Manage your subscription button.
- In every email notice from Statuspage, there is a Manage your subscription link near the bottom of the email body.

Selecting products to receive status updates for
The next screen shows a list of products ("Components") that Statuspage tracks and sends notices for. All checkboxes are selected by default, meaning you'll receive emails for changes affecting all listed products.
Click Select none to deselect all products. Then click the checkboxes next to the product(s) you want notifications for to reselect them. Be sure to scroll to the bottom and click Save to save your changes!
After clicking Save, you'll only receive Statuspage notices for the selected product(s).
To resubscribe after unsubscribing, click the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button on the Statuspage dashboard and enter your email address.
