Faster HealthAdvisor Assessment results in dashboard

What it is

When a user fills out a HealthAdvisor Assessment, their results data will now be included in the dashboard/exports in 1 hour! Both individual and aggregate reporting will update within that timeframe. Previously, it could take up to 24 hours for the metrics to update.

How it works

We have done the work on the backend to reduce the timeframe - and it is now in place for all HealthAdvisor clients! No action by you is required.

Why it matters

We have listened to your feedback about the need for shorter turnaround time for HealthAdvisor response data. You can now view assessment performance and export data in a much more timely manner!
